Lose Weght Effectively For Your New Years Resolution!

For many people, its the same thing every year. The holidays come and go, and they notice they put on a few extra pounds from all the delicious food and sweets they've been gorging themselves with for the past two months. Sound familiar?

This happens to a majority of people all too often. Once New Years hits, its become time to once again set those new years resolutions. Many people set the same resolution year after year; to lose weight, or to fit in my bikini by summer, or get healthy again.

It's all the same. Except most of the time these resolutions don't end up being applied or working out at all. Then next year, it just that much more weight you want to lose, after you add a few more pounds over the next set of holidays.  It just continues to get worse year after year.

Trying to lose weight fails for one of two major reasons.  Either you don't stick to your resolutions because its too hard or time consuming, or your dieting and exercise efforts simply don't pan out.  You simply don't get results for your efforts.  This can be very frustrating!

There are millions of fad diets available to try to lose weight.  To make it worse, they all are claiming that their methods are the most effective.  But the truth of the matter is that most of them simply don't work.  To add insult to injury, there are just about as many exercise programs, if not more, that make the same claims.

Whether you invest in home exercise equipment that ends up collecting dust, or paying for a gym membership that you never go to.  Millions of dollars are being spent every year on diets and exercise that don't work, and to cap it all, the fat burning industry wants it that way.

They want you to try and fail so that you move on to the next great thing, that doesn't work either.  This is a billion dollar industry!  If their methods were effective, they would lose customers.  That certainly is not their goal. 

I'm not saying there is no effective way to lose weight, but the proper education is a must.  Do your research.  Proper diet and exercise can be very effective is implemented in the right way.  All you need is the proper education.  No more fads, just education.
