Mini Marathon

Hey all!

On top of finding products to help me lose weight, I have implemented a training schedule to train for a mini marathon in June of this year.  The training program is set up for the couch potato looking to get back into running.  Baby steps and perseverance are key.  The ramping up period is the hardest, but once you push through that, it really quite invigorating.  After only a week, I feel like I would be lost without my daily run!

In the next couple of days I will be posting my workout schedule, so any of you that are interested, can follow along.  Keep your eye open for it.
